Do you offer volume discounts?
Sorry, we do not as yet offer any volume discounts direct to the public.
My shipping order is in Texas and I qualify for a tax exemption. Can I purchase online?
Unfortunately, we cannot process any tax-exempt orders from our website.
How can I track my shipment?

When will my in-stock product be dispatched?
We stock a wide range of products on our website. If your product is in stock, Amazon Prime members shipping to select metro areas across the U.S. can choose to receive FREE Same-Day Delivery on a broad selection of items. Learn more here.
When is my pre-order dispatched?
Our website notifies us of low stock and sends it through our operations team automatically. If an item is not in stock on Amazon, it can take 1-3 weeks for your order to be dispatched. Amazon sales staff can further guide you on your product arrival time.
Which shipping provider are you using?
We are currently using Amazon.
How much will the shipping cost?
You can order $25 or more in order to qualify for free shipping on eligible items. Any item with “FREE Shipping” messaging on the product detail page that is fulfilled and shipped by Amazon is eligible and contributes to your free shipping order minimum.
What is the Product Warranty Period?
All our products are from Amazon and have a warranty for a designated time period from the date of shipment, provided that the item has not been mishandled or improperly used.
